I came across this fun and free customer service quiz. It was mostly a bit of fun, answering questions like 'How do you help an old lady with hearing loss with directions' and 'Which keyboard animal are you.' I found out that I am a 'customer service hero' who still needs to improve - 30/40 for attitude, that is.
While the questions are intuitive, it is still interesting to give it a go. Even if it is just to remind ourselves that aside from the divide between the 'service' side and the 'customer', we are just people, trying to understand what the other one is saying.
Also, do not fret too much if you are a keyboard turtle. I bet you are awesome at picking up the phone and just talking to people.
