Embedding Like A Pro

Greetings fellow thought experts, and Passle enthusiasts, we have an announcement to make.

With over 1900 content providers currently using iframely's processing engine, we are excited to announce that we have integrated our platform with their ever-expanding content embedding software suite!

That’s because iframely makes it easy to display rich media from various publishers, including audio, video, apps, forms, documents, podcasts, infographics and more!

This gives you access to robust tools that have been expertly designed to improve the types of content placed on your Passle page.

These enhancements are not just cosmetic, they also improve the performance of your Passle page from a technical standpoint behind the scenes. As a final bonus, these embeds work so seamlessly, they have the ability to improve collaboration within your organization.

What does embedding mean?

If you were unaware, embedding content simply means instead of viewing and clicking on hyperlink text to take you to some form of content, you can view the subject matter directly on your page without navigating away from Passle.

You are effectively borrowing the content from another source, so visitors can view that content without leaving your Passle post or being redirected to where the content is actually hosted.

How is this helpful?

I'm so glad you asked! Well, imagine you were hosting a dinner party for ten people, but everyone wanted something different to eat. So you get the bright idea to take all of your esteemed guests to 10 different restaurants, so that everyone on your guest list could have exactly what they wanted.

Suffice it to say with a plan like that, you'd officially be the worst dinner party host, ever.

Now imagine that same dinner party of ten, where you utilized a meal delivery service to fulfil everyone's order instead. You'd have everyone come over to your home for a feast where all of the requested entrees have been prepared elsewhere, but are delivered to you with all the bells and whistles including: fancy cutlery, item descriptions, and even sauce on the side, to preserve the food quality for your guests.

All of the fun is had in the comfort of your own home, where you are able to create the appropriate mood and vibe to complement your highly esteemed guests.

The dinner party is now a hit, and all you had to do was invite them over for dinner, and order their favourite dish!

In the same way that you may prefer to Uber Eats from a few of your favourite restaurants to be able to indulge all at once, on your own terms, in the comfort of your home.

Your target audience is also looking to be spoon-fed bite sized insights directly from your Passle page. Chances are, your audience does not want to surf all over the web visiting third party websites for an insight - no matter how juicy the meat and potatoes.

Another thing to note about audiences, is that most will not interact with third-party content which appears less than picture perfect, or takes a long time to load, no matter how helpful your insights may be.

That's because people consume food and content in much the same way - with our eyes. As a result, it's not enough to have different types of content displayed on your page. That content has got to be presented in an efficient, and engaging way for it to truly reach your target audience for maximum impact.

Why does this matter?

By housing rich and dynamic content on your page, you hold the reader’s attention for longer, instantly provide value to them, and also maintain a sleek and professional presence on those webpages by using direct content embeds.

You will be able to supply your reader with content, in a format that they are used to, increasing the likelihood that they will engage and even share your post.

You can be humorous or more personable as you share and re-share information with others. You can also be educational and persuasive with your content.

This added capability to seamlessly embed various types of rich content that your target audience wants to hear and see essentially unlocks a whole new level of creativity and usefulness from your thought leaders.
