From May next year, we will all be obligated to follow the rules set out in the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It has been a discussion point at many events that I've recently been to and everyone is a little sceptical about what the new rules will prohibit.
Telephone and email marketing are a huge part of any company's sales agenda, but if everyone we contact needs to have opted in, that could pose some problems!
