PRODUCT UPDATE: What's new from Passle?

Our latest sprint is named after the cocktail 'French 75'. In this sprint, we focused on enhancements to our new product CrossPitch AI, providing a new setting for our AI-generated content, and updates to our subscriber management options for Client Connect.

If you want to learn more about the updates or have any questions, please feel free to contact the Passle Client Success Team.

CrossPitch AI

Over the past few months, alongside our core product development, collectively in the Passle Development Team we have also been working hard on delivering our new product: CrossPitch AI.

This was officially launched on 5th June 25 at our CMO Series Live event in New York.

If you are not already familiar with our new product, you can find out more by reading this post from Adam Elgar, one of our co-founders - Announcing CrossPitch AI - Solving the Challenges of Cross-Selling, and our website page on CrossPitch AI.

Here is an overview of our new features and enhancements

CrossPitch Send

Feedback

You can now access detailed feedback on individual CrossPitch posts. See how your content is performing with an overview of total emails sent, open rates, and key engagement, including post and author clicks, as well as share activity.

You will also find a user-level breakdown showing whether each recipient opened or read the email, shared it via email (including recipient domains), or shared via LinkedIn.

Company engagement insights

To help demonstrate the value of your firm’s thought leadership, we now highlight companies actively engaging with your content across platforms like Lexology, Mondaq, and JD Supra (where applicable). These companies are tailored to each recipient’s interests, with priority given to any key companies saved to their profile.

UK/US English spell check option for AI-generated content

You can now choose the English language spelling for AI-generated content, UK or US English.

This applies to all AI content across the Passle platform, including CrossPitch notification summaries, generated profile summaries, LinkedIn Quick Share summaries, and ISTATOY summaries, as well as any future AI-generated content.

Other key changes in this update, including enhancements or minor tweaks to our existing features

Client Connect unsubscribing users

In response to client feedback, administrators can now unsubscribe users from Client Connect on their behalf via the dashboard.

A new ‘Unsubscribe’ column is now available under the Client Connect subscribers table. Once a user is unsubscribed, they will immediately stop receiving digest emails.

Additional features to support unsubscribing:

  • ‘Inactive’ filter to identify users who haven’t engaged in the past 6 months.
  • New 'Unsubscribed’ tab showing who unsubscribed, when, and by whom.

Managing users: new profile type

To support different user types in Passle, we’ve added a new profile type option when creating or updating users. The four profile types are:

  • Default (current behaviour)
  • Test (for testing users only)
  • Distribution group (shared group email)
  • Company (represents the company, allows a single company name and symbols like '&')

If you would like to know more, including a full list of minor UI updates in this release, read our Release Notes: 9 July 2025 - 3.1.10 (French 75).

Your feedback is essential in shaping future updates and ensuring Passle continues to meet your evolving needs. Don’t hesitate to reach out to the Product Team with any ideas or suggestions for new features or improvements.
