My meme count on an average day is probably upwards of 20. Up until now, they've just appeared when I'm scrolling through feeds on Instagram and Facebook. However they are cropping up more and more in marketing campaigns. From the "Be like Bill" image to the success kid in the Virgin Media campaign, memes all have these in common:
1. They are relatable
2. They are recognisable
3. They are memorable
I for one am definitely looking out for the next big meme and no doubt will find it hilarious.
And remember, they could go viral!
