Our latest sprint is named after the cocktail ‘Rusty Nail’. In this sprint, we focused on integrating with MS Entra ID, enhancing the activity overview email for authors, and streamlining content migration.
If you want to learn more about the updates or have any questions, please feel free to contact the Passle Client Success Team.
Here is an overview of our new features and enhancements
Improved activity email for authors
We've improved the activity email for authors, aligning it with recent updates to admin emails. Authors now get valuable insights into their content and audience.
Emails are sent monthly or quarterly, based on activity. This replaces the previous Author Activity email.
MS Entra ID (previously Azure Active Directory) integration
You can now use MS Entra ID to centrally manage your users' access to Passle with our new integration option. Entra ID provides users with a single sign-on experience, but it also allows you to centrally manage adding and deleting users, along with other account management options.
Setting and initial user configurations are managed by the administrator in the Passle dashboard.
Other key changes in this update, including enhancements or minor tweaks to our existing features
Updated post importer tool (for agencies)
To better support content migration for our clients and agency partners, we’ve introduced major improvements to our post importer tool.
- CSV Import: Alongside RSS feeds, posts can now be uploaded via a CSV template.
- Enhanced Post Management: The new design helps quickly identify posts that need attention. Issues such as missing authors or media upload failures are flagged, along with warnings for missing tags or content to review. Many of these can be resolved directly in the import table without the need to edit individual posts.
