SE-Solicitors are a specialist law firm with offices in Bicester, Banbury, and Brackley.

In October 2021, SE-Solicitors began adopting Passle with a short Proof-of-Value to demonstrate to their lawyers and the wider business the impact that adopting Passle could have.

In the 24 months since then, the cohort of around 30 lawyers using Passle have written over 180 unique insights on Banking, Finance, Family Law, Inheritance, Economic Crime and several other specialities of law.

We asked Jason Barlow, Director of Marketing & Business Development at SE-Solicitors what the adoption process had been like working with Passle:

"It's been amazingly simple for us to adopt Passle. Initially, Passle was viewed as a very new technology for our firm, so I expected it to be a real challenge to implement. However, the team has been incredibly helpful in creating an environment where adoption is effortless.

There is a plethora of online material available for us to utilize. Passle also provides active support, including coaching, which has allowed us to quickly adopt the platform. This has been especially beneficial for fee earners who were not accustomed to writing extensive content or using technology in their own way. Passle has made it very easy for them to do so.

The adoption process has been surprisingly simple, thanks to the fantastic service we've received. Even after a year and a half, we still have regular monthly meetings to discuss updates and upcoming products. Passle keeps us well-informed, which is why we recently became enterprise users. Without regular communication and updates, this transition would not have been possible.

Moreover, Passle has helped us introduce new employees to the platform. Through conversations with Alex and other team members, they have been able to quickly embrace Passle and integrate it into their work."
