This interruption was caused by a major service outage affecting Amazon Web Services (AWS), a core cloud infrastructure provider used by countless internet services worldwide.

  • The root cause of the publishing difficulties was with AWS infrastructure, an issue that has affected services globally, and was not the Passle product itself.
  • The primary effect was on the ability to publish new posts and may have affected features within the content editor.
  • Your public-facing posts and existing content remain safe, stable, and available to your audience without disruption.
  • Passle client data remains secure.

International media have reported that this issue has affected banks, government services and major apps globally. 

We take this interruption extremely seriously and have been working to restore services as well as monitoring the situation as AWS worked to restore their services.Our current information shows that AWS services have returned to normal. 

Our internal testing indicates that publishing functionality is now operating normally, and we’ll continue to monitor performance to ensure stability.
