This release introduces a new Lateral Dashboard to help Business Development teams track how new lateral hires are building their network and integrating into the firm, plus AI Helper, giving authors AI-assisted editing right inside the post editor.

Lateral Dashboard

We've introduced the Lateral Dashboard, giving Business Development teams a clear view of how each newly hired lateral is building their network. Every lateral gets their own dashboard, with progress tracked automatically against the review milestones your firm sets.

Suggested follows & introductions

To help BD teams find the right people for a lateral to meet, it also includes suggested introductions based on genuine content engagement, with similar profiles as a backup, and a 'Who's missing?' view that flags any gaps in their network early.

It also lets teams record success stories and other notes as they happen, and sends a regular review reminder email, so integration progress stays visible and easy to support from day one.

AI Helper

Post creation now includes AI Helper, giving authors a quick way to adjust their writing without leaving the editor. A new toolbar dropdown offers four actions:

• Rewrite – rephrases the selected text in the same voice, at a similar length
• Expand – develops the selected text with a sentence or two, staying on topic
• Tighten – shortens the selected text, cutting redundancy and filler
• Conclude – writes a closing paragraph for the whole post – no selection needed

User provisioning: Okta integration

You can now use Okta with Passle as a user provisioning option. It works in a similar way to our existing Entra ID integration, managing name, surname, email address and (optionally) job title centrally.
