Last year we ran Rainmaker, our annual conference that brings together leaders from across the business, sporting and public world to discuss how to develop and enable experts in their organisations.
We were lucky enough to have former Scotland rugby international, London Wasps legend, Strictly Come Dancing alumni and successful businessman.
Be sure to check out the video below.
Kenny's insights extended so far beyond sports that it's perhaps unfair to announce him as an international rugby player. He spoke on his own challenges with Dyslexia and building a career whilst struggling to read and write.
The message we took away from Kenny's talk was that Rainmakers and exceptional individuals come in all shapes and sizes. Understanding that these people have different needs, different styles and different talents is the first step in helping them achieve their fullest potential.
As we build towards Rainmaker 2019 on the 27th June in London check here for full details and tickets.
"If you are the head teacher, and your pupils are coming out with no confidence and no self-esteem... You've failed. Your people should be able to feel honest and brave. Their self-esteem should be flying. If you can't do that then you've failed as a teacher."
