Passle Technical Support in 2022

International Women’s Day 2022 saw the Passle team looking at opportunities to raise awareness and break down barriers - you may already have read our post last week entitled Passle’s commitment to #BreakTheBias.

In our pursuit of a diverse, equitable and inclusive world, in which all of our differences are valued and celebrated, not only does Passle boast a 42.5% female workforce but also, a Technical Support Team consisting of all female technical support professionals.

For those who have been in contact with us over recent months and years, you will no doubt be aware that the Technical Support Team's primary mission is to support our Passle clients and friends of Passle, whenever something needs configuring, troubleshooting or investigating, to keep you moving beyond a 'bump' on your Passle journey.

In terms of what to look out for from us in the imminent future, keep your eyes peeled for the upcoming Product Update in relation to our current 'Tom and Jerry' sprint, plus news about some future partner integrations with other legal technology firms, Lexology, Mondaq, JD Supra, Concep, and Vuture.

Please also join me in thanking Justine Knight and Tania Cox, who will be holding the 'Technical Support fort', when I step aside from today, for a period of maternity leave.

We look forward to continuing to support you during 2022 and beyond, should you need to get in touch, please send an email over to us at support@passle.net.

Thank you to all of our clients and friends of Passle for being on this journey with us so far, here's to the rest of 2022 and beyond!
