This is an oldie that I first read years back. It is a remarkably accurate and incisive list. It shows where the budding salesperson should put their effort.
The good news? Good salespeople care - they are basically nice, thoughtful & hard working.
In my experience they also care a great deal about The Product, and not one of them is interested in selling 'ice to eskimos'.
