LMA National must-attend session: CMO Series Podcast Live with CMBDO of DLA Piper

If you are attending the Legal Marketing Association National Conference in San Diego this week, be sure to add this session to your calendar of must-attend presentations.

Passle's Ali Bone will record a Passle CMO Series Podcast Live with the Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer at DLA Piper, Erin Stone Dimry. Erin will share how her team ensures DLA Piper attorneys are always front of mind with their clients and prospects. She will demonstrate how she enables her team to empower their attorneys to create the thought leadership their clients need - and demand.

Before Erin and Ali's conversation, Passle's Yasmin Zand will talk the Conference through what General Counsels need - and expect - from law firms regarding thought leadership.

Yasmin will perform a deep-dive into the General Counsel Survey that Passle conducted late last year, researching how General Counsel at the world's largest companies engaged with law firm thought leadership.

As we all know, law firms' clients are demanding, and there is no exception when it comes to what information General Counsel want at their fingertips. To give you just a taste of what Yasmin, Ali and Erin will discuss:

  • 77% of GCs surveyed reported spending 5 hours or more per week staying up to date.
  • Just 8% of GCs thought that law firms delivered enough timely, relevant content to the market.
  • 61% of GCs would prioritize suppliers that kept them up to date with the latest industry developments and best practices.

Looking forward to seeing you in San Diego! Be sure to come by our stand - it is the big orange one with the octopuses.

Time: 1:45 pm PT, Thursday 4th April.
