New Year and what a first 10 days! Pandemic, lock downs, democracy under fire and heaps of personal tragedy. All of which is of course far more important than my day-to-day challenges. However - from experience - I have found that when hit by a storm the best thing to do is work out what is within my control and focus on that (alongside making lots of tea and hoping for the best).
I thought I would spend the next few weeks writing about the things that help me take control. Hope it is helpful for you.
Number one (unsurprisingly for me) is to create useful, client relevant, digestible content for the people who are important - clients, prospects & colleagues.
