Seeing our platform making a real difference to our clients is always rewarding.
One such success story is with Goulston & Storrs, a prestigious full-service law firm renowned for its expertise in real estate, corporate, litigation, private clients, and tax practices.
With nearly 250 attorneys working from offices in Boston, New York, and Washington DC, Goulston & Storrs faced the challenge of increasing their thought leadership output to better engage with their audience - their clients, their prospective clients and their colleagues.
Rolling out Passle
Before adopting Passle, Goulston & Storrs struggled to produce thought leadership consistently. Despite their best efforts, the volume and effectiveness of their content didn’t meet their expectations. The firm needed a solution that was simple to use and could be easily integrated into their busy schedules.
In August 2022, under the guidance of Kelly Harbour, Chief Business Development Officer, and Leigh Herzog, Associate Director of Marketing & Communications, Goulston & Storrs launched Passle through an 8-week proof of value. The goal was to enhance content production and demonstrate measurable results in readership and engagement.
The Results
The implementation of Passle has been a resounding success. Kelly Harbour expressed her satisfaction with the results:
"We adopted Passle about two years ago and we've had a tremendous increase in the volume of content that we have been able to produce. We've been able to demonstrate measurable analytics in terms of the readership and effectiveness of the content that we've been producing."
One of the standout aspects of Passle is its user-friendly interface, which has been crucial for the attorneys at Goulston & Storrs. Kelly Harbour shared,
"Adoption has gone incredibly well. We were hoping to see an increase in the production of content from our lawyers, and I had all but given up hope that they were going to be able to do that. With the implementation of Passle, we have seen an incredible increase in the content production."
The ease of use has been a significant factor in the platform’s success. Kelly noted,
"The lawyers have taken to it extremely well and very fast, which is not always the case with technology. It is because it is a simple, easy-to-use interface, and they're seeing the results right away that they have taken it up quite quickly."
Since launching Passle, the attorneys at Goulston & Storrs have created over 240 posts on their Perspectives page. Passle has enabled Kelly and her team to empower their attorneys to significantly boost their content output and digital engagement.
Their journey highlights how the right tools can transform content production and effectiveness in a competitive and traditionally conservative field like law.
