Our latest sprint is named after the retro cocktail, ‘Snowball’. In this sprint, we’re introducing our brand-new Cross-Selling Intelligence Map, designed to help you visualize how your firm collaborates.
If you want to learn more about the updates or have any questions, please feel free to contact the Passle Client Success Team.
Here is an overview of our new features and enhancements
Addition of in-post '@mentions'/commenting feature
We have implemented a new @mentions feature allowing authors and approvers to tag and mention each other within the comments and track changes while editing a post.
This allows authors to ask for feedback or suggest changes within the body of the text, working in tandem with the approval process.
An email notification will be sent out when someone has been mentioned in a comment alongside a Passle activity notification.
Outstanding comments are highlighted, showing the number of remaining comments that need to be resolved. These mentions must be resolved before a post can be published, ensuring that all amendments are complete.

Cross-selling Intelligence Map
We’ve introduced the Cross-Selling Intelligence Map, giving a visual view of collaboration across your firm and showing how practice areas, sectors, and locations are connected. See how it works in our latest post: Product Update: Cross-Selling Intelligence Map.

Other key changes in this update, including enhancements or minor tweaks to our existing features
CrossPitch Follow
We’ve improved the follow experience when users select Follow from a CrossPitch notification:
- For posts with a single author, the landing page now confirms the user is following that author.
- For posts with multiple authors, the landing page allows users to choose which authors to follow.
- Relevant authors are now also suggested making it easier to build connections.
CrossPitch Search
We’ve made some small improvements and fixes to CrossPitch Search:
- Increased the number of search results shown from 6 to 12.
- Users and administrators can now regenerate their profile summary and select their preferred version, which will be shown to others in search and on the map.
If you would like to know more, including a full list of minor UI updates in this release, read our Release Notes: 5 February 2026 - 3.1.15 (Snowball).
